BDCM-B-WEEK29-BCL: 5 or 10 years of imprisonment?
In the press release by SSM, whereby two directors may face up not more than 10 years or RM3 million fines or both under the Section 443 Companies Act 2016 (Act 777).
A quick google and check on Section 443 Companies Act 2016 (Act 777) shows different punishment of prison years whereby it stats not more than 5 years. (English Source/ Malay Source).
Where can one find more information on this? It might be on practice directive or practice notes?
