BDCM-B-Week16-BCL: Book and Registers of the Sdn Bhd or Bhd (Company)

A company are required to keep the following book and registers in Malaysia, on the registered office or addressed:-

• Register of Options [section 68A]
• Register of Substantial Shareholders [section 69L]
• Register of Debenture holders [section 70]
• Register of Charges [section 115]
• Register of Directors' Shareholdings [section 134]
• Register of Directors, Managers and Secretaries [section 141 (5)]
• Minutes of all proceedings of general meetings and of meetings of its directors [section 157]
• Register of Members [section 160 (2)]
• Such accounting and other records as will correctly explain the transactions and financial position of the company [section 167]
