BDCM-B-Week33-BCL: Overtime

 This is almost everyone's favorite topic, how do we know is our overtime calculated correctly or not. This is an assumption if you are taking monthly wages.

1. If you overtime on your normal working hour:-

    1.5 x your hourly rate x number of hour(s) after 8 hours working

2. If you working on your rest day:-

    a. if work less than 4 hours:-

        Half day pay

    b. if work more than 4 hours but less than 8 hours:-

        One day pay

    c. If you overtime on your rest day:-

        2 x your hourly rate x number of hour(s) after 8 hours working

3. If you work on the public holiday:-

    a. If work less than 8 hours:-

        Two days pay

    b. If you overtime on the public holiday:-

        3 x your hourly rate x number of hour(s) after 8 hours working
