1. There is a minimum number of director(s) in a company:-

• Public Company: Minimum of 2 directors
• Private Company: Minimum of 1 director

2. The director must be a natural person and at least 18 years old of age.

3. The director must be reside in Malaysia by having a permanent address in Malaysia.
